Love it warm, wireless so you won't get stuck near an outlet and you can set control/time/type from an app on your phone. This is not a "massage" machine but a heated TENS machine with many variable pulses/settings. It helps me a lot. I had a C4-6 alloy. Be sure to follow the instructions and use the aloe on the neck where the plates of the device are located. It is very light and comfortable to wear, and one charge is enough for many uses.
