Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.

I chose it over the original generation since there were no issues with them, my son is still using it, and I wanted a more superior performance. At first sight, everything seems to be in order with this: sapphire, titanium, ceramics, new sports modes, player installation, etc. But after the use began, there were some letdowns. Only the producer classifies it as a sapphire based on the materials. I own two affordable sapphire Swiss watch pairs, and I can tell you exactly what is going on with one of them: the entire casing has been covered in scuffs and other wear-and-tear for several years, yet the glass is brand-new and has not even the slightest scratch on it. Similar on the second. On the Huawei, however, there is already a 2 centimeter noticeable scratch after two weeks of attentive use. Even on the first generation, the glass is scratch-free after a year and a half, but there it is shielded by a ceramic frame, which was dropped here. The interface is usually made of tin. Although this was not the case with the initial generation, they now occasionally respond to the turn of the hand. The steps are somewhat tall. The cards are incompatible with third-party software. I used the pool twice out of the sporting modes, and it was a complete mess. The first time, they overestimated by 300 meters, the second time, they stopped counting after swimming five pools of 50 meters, and the distance shown on the monitor was the same. My wife also has a Huawei (for $6,500), and what a travesty that only the most costly variants of the three watch types are available. They offer to turn on the workout when you are walking, but when you stop at a store, they yell at full volume in English, and you can't switch off the workout to silence them. In overall, this was probably my final watch of this brand.

Pros
  • design, execution, and new features
Cons
