Only lasts @ 5 months! Spend your money on something that lasts longer!

I was looking for a wireless headset to listen to music and not have to deal with wired headphones that break. I used Droid Turbo for music. Here's what I found: Battery life: 5/5 (10-12 hours). It also depends on how loud your music is. The timing is pretty accurate as it takes 3.0 hours each day to get to and from work and it took almost 4 days. Sound quality: 4/5. The sound is very clear, the bass is quite tight (not intrusive). I've noticed that the sound quality also REALLY depends on what program I'm listening to the music with. The equalizer is not used. Bluetooth connection: 2/5. This is one of the most annoying parts of the device. I travel a lot in New York during the day and walk most of the time. What I've noticed is that when I'm in an isolated location (with little interference) the connection is RELIABLE and no songs are skipped. BUT - when I'm ALWAYS overworked or near school. Hospital, police/fire department or emergency vehicles (or even some cars!), the Bluetooth is terrible. I can skip 50% of a song. When I go to remote areas by subway or bus, the connection is great. As I walk down the street, I walk around pedestrians and the Bluetooth connection falls and falls. I gave it a 3 due to a connection issue in NYC. If you plan on using it at the gym or just for a run, this might be the product for you, but not if you're cruising the streets of NYC. So this item was delivered on December 27, 2016 (ordered from Revain.com). As of today (06/14/2017) the payment for the goods will no longer be charged. Left it on for a few hours and it still doesn't work. For $100, which is beyond pathetic. I would stay away from the product unless you live in the outback with no chance of interference and have loads of cash to burn. Update (8/2/19): So my replacement arrived and lasted until this one I bought on 11/1/2018. An earbud that flexes is a little temperamental, so it doesn't like being flexed a lot, find a sweet spot and let it. On the one I bought on November 1, 2018, the cap covering the charging port is now made of plastic instead of silicone, making it awkward to open the headset to charge it. I ended up having to use a paper clip or something thin to open the port or you won't be able to charge your phone! After about 5 weeks the little tip came off so I had to tape a tiny piece of plastic to hold the lid in place. Not sure why they changed it but it got worse. Update 03/15/19 - 5 months after the replacement purchase, no more fees will be charged. As a result of the decrease in reliability, I see that they reduced the price by 25%! (100-75). Honestly, if you don't want to buy one every 5 months, spend the extra money to get a quality, durable one, or spend a fraction of the price and get a cheap pair that lasts just as well, but the Half the price will cost cost if it breaks. price, so the replacement will not be that expensive! I was hoping they would last but I need to find another company.
