Fake or expired - no pigment
Either expired or fake - came out white and never showed up on blonde hair. I sent the photo to my barber and he said it was definitely defective. I used most of the tube hoping it would last a while but nothing happened. The hair pieces in the photo, dyed rose gold by Pravana, came out beautifully.
