I was specifically looking for an unscented tablet and reviews and questions said there was no smell. As they work I think they smell VERY STRONG with each flush.

Ty D Bol free are great for continuous cleaning and won't mess bluing. My only complaint is that they are small and don't last more than a few weeks in a family of two. Wish they were cheaper per tablet.

I have been using this product for a long time and I can say with confidence that it does absolutely nothing to keep the toilet bowl clean. Sorry for the waste of money because these inefficient cupcakes are expensive, especially given their utter inefficiency.

It's nice to find a toilet cleaner and freshener that works without bleach and dyes and doesn't turn the water blue. The tablet is coated with a water-soluble film so it does not come into contact with the skin. Ideal for homes with hard water. Thanks very much!

I've tried bleach tablets, they stink and eat up the shell parts. Wanted to try something different and this seemed to fit the bill. They have specific instructions on how and where to post. They seem to be working fine, but NOT FOR LONG. I know this can vary depending on how often the flush is done, but I'm lucky enough to have two weeks and they don't come cheap.

The product description says 'odorless'. It is not true. It's actually very fragrant - it hits you before you open the individual pills. If you enjoy bringing perfumed scents into the home, this might not bother you. But if you don't have or don't have a sensitivity to it, I recommend you to avoid this product. One star is based solely on the fact that the description is *wrong*.

I am VERY impressed that these tablets are the same quality as Clorox tablets but without the bleach smell! I had to try something new and I'm glad I found them. With these tablets I no longer have to smell like bleach after flushing the toilet. I have found these pills don't last as long as Clorox pills but these Ty-D pills are worth it to avoid the bleach smell. The toilet is stain free for the entire time the tablet was in the tank. Definitely recommend!

I live in an area where well water is used. Since there is no chlorine in water, black mold tends to grow in the toilet bowl. These Ty-D-Bol tank tablets prevent the formation/growth of mold and also keep the tank clean. I chose this one because it doesn't contain bleach or blue dye that can damage a septic system. In a family of two adults, there is a light sweet message that lasts about a month. It's hard to find toilet pills that work while not damaging septic tanks, but these pills work…

They're expensive but worth the money - they don't contain bleach which is hard to find. Our plumber told us that bleach pills, whether dangling in the toilet tank or dangling from the rim of the bowl, will corrode the toilet's rubber seals. Once those gaskets start to fail you have to take the entire toilet(!) off the floor (no thanks) to replace the gaskets as they start leaking - both on the bathroom floor and UNDER the floor.
