Warm and flattering!
I'm 5'3" and usually medium to short, but I always have trouble finding long sleeve shirts that are long enough for my arms. I am very pleasantly surprised with this jacket, it is warm, soft and very flattering And the sleeves are quite long! If you are shorter/have a smaller span you will find that the sleeves are too long for you
