The product was bought as a replacement bed. bought Sept. Installed on October 1st. On 05.10.21 I had an operation on my hip joint. Used from 10/06 to 10/09. After that I could use a regular bed. The Aero bed was not used at all from 10/21/21 to 12/3/21 when I noticed it was low on air. They were reinflated and felt the air coming out of the seam. I checked the AMAZON account, it was instructed to contact the seller. The seller didn't want to do anything with her since she was bought in September. They said to contact Aero Direct. Had the item been used over and over for many months I might have agreed. However, I believe it should be replaced or a refund offered instead of a 'fix'.
