Review on BesserBay Elastic Spring Pleated Dresses for Girls in Small Sizes by Steve Fields

I loved this dress and it fits my daughter perfectly. I wash everything before I wear it and it doesn't wash well. It has shrunk a lot (even when hung dry) - I'd definitely recommend measuring the size, but even then it looks like the material has started to form these weird clumps in random places. Not recommended, although charming.
