The fact that it is accessible from anywhere, anytime gives me peace in knowing I can check my data at any time without having to go back into office or physically reach for files which are stored offsite somewhere else! Sometimes this software doesn't do what you expect when your inputting information but they have been more than willing help with questions as well so not too much frustration there either!!
