My 5 year old daughter wears a 10.5/11 and we got 11. They're quite wide, but she has a narrow foot, so this isn't a new problem. Velcro straps make them just right enough to be comfortable. The fabric is tight, not like it looks, and she says the socks are hot. She wears them with no socks and I think she will change her tune once it gets cold. The insole is nice and soft, but it's not stitched.
