Bought for my granddaughter who is almost a year old and walking. The weather was getting cooler and she was having a hard time keeping anything on her feet. Socks are dangerous because they can slip. Socks with non-slip soles are good, but she keeps taking them off and they're also prone to slipping, which can pose a fall hazard. She's fine in these shoes. They fit perfectly, she didn't take them off. I think they are comfortable because after sleeping she brings me her shoes to put on.
