Amazing product and great customer service
I bought this steamer about a year ago and I love it! I suffer from blackheads all over my face, but I'm particularly concerned about the ones around my lips. I couldn't get them out without hurting my sensitive skin until I got this steamer to get rid of those little nasties. But the people behind the scenes work almost better than the product. I made a stupid decision and accidentally melted my water tank - when I emailed the company, not only did they respond within a couple of hours, they replaced the part for free! I recommend 10000%
