This is my first experience with a thermal eyelash curler, so I had absolutely no idea how to use such a tool. Luckily, this one came with instructions. Unfortunately, the instructions are almost useless. This designates the curler as a "digital display" on the front. nope! There are indicators on the front and different light colors are meant to indicate changes in temperature settings. The instructions explain what the blue light setting is for and what the green light setting is for, but not the red light setting. And there are other misunderstandings. It mentions something turning white to indicate readiness or something, but of course nothing turns white. I don't even know where to find what should be white. For something that generates heat and is intended to be used around the eyes, a clear and concise instruction manual is not just a good idea, it's a must. But does it work? Not for me. I think my lashes can be even straighter after using this item. Of course, this could be due to user error, and the remedy for that is a decent user manual. Believe it or not, the warmth on my lashes was lovely! Because it's possible for this device to work and I just don't know how to use it, I'm giving it a generous three stars.
