It might give me new pimples

I'm not entirely sure, I like the texture, smell and feel. I have acne on my face but not on my forehead. I've only been using it for 3 days and every day I've been using it I've gotten a huge pimple right on my forehead. So I'm not sure what it is. But that's the only change I've made to my skincare routine.
