Well I've been using this soap for about 4 days now and I'm not impressed yet. At first the smell seems a bit strange. I ordered the bay rum flavor thinking it would have the spicy notes that traditional bay rum flavors have, but it has more of a citrus scent. It's not that it's a bad smell, I just wasn't expecting it to smell like traditional bay rum. My other issue that has made this soap pretty boring is the shelf life. I've been using this soap once a day for 4 days and the strip is already halfway gone. At this rate, the soap will be gone in about a week, maybe a little longer. For the price I think it's a bit of a shame. Longevity comparable to commercial soap. This bar weighs 4 ounces, which is the same as regular soap, but for the price of one of these bars, you can buy an 8-pack of something else at Walmart and it will last longer. For the same price as this soap, you can buy another designer soap like Duke Cannon and get a 2.5X bar that lasts almost a month instead of about a week. For me, this soap just doesn't live. to the hype. I wish it had a more traditional flavor and was a bit more expensive. I would certainly use it again if given it to me, but I'm not 100% sure I would buy it again for myself unless we sorted out some issues first.
