This is a transvestite. Another thing is whether they really were filled with loose stuffing. But they're practically only half full with inflation, and the other half is a giant AIR BUBBLE that can push through your fingers and weaken the balloon's integrity. It would be very cool if they were made without air. I mean, a small air bubble won't hurt anyone, but the empty space inside the ball completely destroys it. I received 3 packs and all 3 were like this. Lots of other sensory toys worth buying. That's very disappointing. Maybe I got a bad batch?
