Review on Evergood Food Grade Mineral Cutting Countertops by Kevin Robinson

This is a mineral oil container. The container holds 1 gallon of oil. The ingredients consist of 99.9% mineral oil and purified water. The company is headquartered in Tennessee, but the place of manufacture is not listed on the bottle. I find this mineral oil works well on my countertops and cutting boards. I smeared some on the countertop and rubbed it in. The tabletop soaked up the oil. When some water was later spilled on the countertop, it simply pooled and eventually evaporated rather than soaking into the wood. When I use this oil to season my cutting boards, I don't smell or taste anything from the oil getting into the food. Overall, this is a good choice for mineral oil.
