This 2 pack was excellent value as I needed to replace 2 water bottles with cracked caps. The replacement is true to size. The attachment ring is large and rather loose, making it very easy to take off and put on for separate cleaning (e.g. it can be easily removed before putting the bottle in the dishwasher). However, holding the water bottle by the part that goes from the cap to the mounting ring seems a little unreliable, although it doesn't appear as if the ring could detach from the cap when screwed onto the bottle.
