I bought these handlebars with the intention of replacing my old set as they were bent from a truck crash. I knew the dimensions of my old set would fit this new set. First of all, it is important to know the diameter of the rod tube. Your existing components will only be added up to this size. The length of the pole is up to your preference, you can leave it as you originally had it or make it shorter. The neck is attached to the grille. It's also a preference for choosing the height at which you want to position your arms comfortably. I really liked these rods which I only had 2 times a week. But while they are comfortable and there is nothing special to brag about. Installation was very quick and EZ. Only basic tools are required. Any bike will dictate this. The rise on these bars wasn't as high as on my old ones. But that didn't change my mind about keeping her. Check out my photos for proof and if you need new bars this is great value for money. Try it.
