I like how easy it is to schedule meetings with my colleagues. It's also very user friendly and allows me to quickly set up multiple meeting rooms which saves time when scheduling more than one person at once. Sometimes there are issues where you can't use all your available rooms but that happens rarely. If someone has trouble finding their way around or needs help using it then definitely give them some assistance. We were able to easily create several different types of room layouts so we could meet as much people as possible without having to go through each individual person individually.
