Purchased three color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) for Office Jet Pro. 8600+. Swapped the old for the new. The printer stalled, wouldn't accept a new one, and told me I had everything from ink supply issues to paper jam issues to the printhead not being connected. After two days of working with the printer, HP's smart app. and HP Windows 10 Customer Support offered to ship them back to Revain. I then removed the printhead and reinstalled it along with the old cartridges. I bought new cartridges from a local store and it's back in business.
