The skin around the eyes started to burn

I was able to use the first tube which worked perfectly. However, lately, every time I try to use it, the skin around my eyes blisters and then weeps. True second degree burn. I had Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, so my skin is particularly sensitive. I am very sensible. Maybe this is the reason. Anyway, I'm looking at it, it's not a good product for me. It was one that just wouldn't work for me.
