Wears out quickly and too much packaging

The bristles wear out quickly and each toothbrush comes in a separate box that sits on the side of the other box. I was hoping that softness would help with inflamed gums, but no. The bristles were soft but fell out fairly quickly. I don't know why the manufacturer spent so much on the whole boxes. I won't buy this again.
