UPDATE: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS NOT THE BEST! SAVE YOUR HEADACHE AND GO IT! The company does not stand behind its product. After I posted my review and showed them a video of the failed machine, they asked me to set up the machine and remove and reinstall the parts. After trying it and saying I tried but it still didn't work they sent me a replacement they asked for another video and said it was just a part that didn't work and offered to just replacing the ball. I honestly think it's just not worth going back and forth so many times when you can clearly see it's a manufacturer fault! Save yourself the headache because if this product breaks on yours after 30 days like so many others, you can't go back to Amazon and you'll be left with a customer service team trying to negotiate you for the role of her to repair broken. Finally, don't waste your money! Very poor quality control! Watch the video, the circle can't even stay in tact, keeps popping up. Made cheap.
