Bought based on many reviews. I have an old cheap pair that came with the clipper. They look plastic and cheap, but are very sharp and have served us well for many years. However, they are beginning to dull and need to be replaced. When this message arrived, my first impression was that it was of high quality. They feel heavy and well made, but I was immediately struck by how blunt they are. If I try to cut my hair they just send me the hair. They are sharper deeper in the scissors and sometimes they cut hair but forget to trim it with the tips. Worse when hair is damp/wet. Now it takes me so long to get my hair cut with it because I have to cut it over and over again and ended up going back to my cheap ones. I would like to send them back but it was too long. The first time I tried it I had to send it back.
