I have a Billion U Shape Memory Pillow and I love it, so I chose the Billion Body Pillow. My only option at the time I ordered was with a removable fur cover. As it was delivered I would give it 2 stars. I tried sleeping with it but found it a bit stiff and uncomfortable. I then moved it to a chair and encountered the same issues. I was very disappointed. I decided to try and remove some of the memory foam. As soon as I undid the fur cover I thought let me try to remove the fur cover. It made all the difference in the world. I left the padding on and tucked it into the microfiber pillowcase I previously ordered with my original purchase, concerned that the fur outer shell would keep me warm while I slept. By simply removing the fur cover, it became like my U-shaped pillow. It's gotten a lot more flexible, not as rigid, and now it's exactly what I was hoping for. This product should come standard with a microfiber pouch. I don't recommend a fur cover, but the pillow itself is perfect.
