This dress is beautifully finished. The fabric is soft and heavy, much better quality than I expected for the price. The problem is that my daughter is 7 years old. Small to Medium 7. She wears a size 4 whenever possible to fit her waist, but she must wear a size 6 for length and the tailor adjusts for width. However, this dress, bought at a 6-7, runs small. The "long sleeves" fall to mid-elbow and wrist, while the skirt falls to mid-thigh. She couldn't have bent down unless someone was looking at her underwear. The waist fits well which means smaller than suggested. I have to go back but this would be a great item for someone who is well below average height and weight.
