The spaces between the balls are so far apart I had to trim the straws. There are still big gaps. Quality really is what you pay for. cheap and thin. Straws constantly fall out of small holes in the ground. I'm thinking of attaching them with super glue. If you are outdoors, consider purchasing a separate weight to hold the base. 4 stars - Ease of assembly: Had to be cut to make it look right (but still doesn't look perfect) 3 stars - For strength: Must be weighted down from below unless drafty inside. It comes with double sided stickers but I don't want to stick anything on my beautiful wooden furniture. Remodeling I like this idea, it just didn't meet my expectations. So. After writing this review and watching the demo video, I realized I was missing parts. It looks. funny because I had to get three long straws and three other connectors :( 1 star for easy assembly :(
