Works as described. If you have kids or you have a lot of parties coming up, this is a great item to use instead of helium balloons. For my busy family this is a good solution. We will hold latex balloons and every time it's a birthday they will be inflated and voila it's a nice decoration. You can use this over and over again. We keep ours in a ziplock bag.

Good product. Contains 3 sets. I bought 2 for 6 centerpieces. I personally saw several other brands before buying them and they were much stronger and better quality. The base isn't heavy, so hot gluing to something heavier will help ground the base. I ended up gluing all the individual strands to the base because the weight or size of the balloon would cause each strand to come out or tip over. This item has a solid base, NO balloon clamp! It does not hold a large balloon or a double balloon. Some parts don't fit and they fall apart! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. Edit: They keep falling off and you have to keep going to them to get the sticks or cans back. All parts kept falling off. Unless you use crazy glue to stick them together, otherwise don't waste your time. They came incomplete! I can't even build 2! There were too few sticks and stick holders. The spaces between the balls are so far apart I had to trim the straws. There are still big gaps. Quality really is what you pay for. cheap and thin. Straws constantly fall out of small holes in the ground. I'm thinking of attaching them with super glue.
