I am an electrician and I install dozens of these lights every month. The installation is easy and saves a lot of working time for the customer. The light output is excellent and the low power consumption helps reduce your monthly electricity bills. Another great safety feature is that these lamps have no heat dissipation. Contact of the insulation with them above the ceiling does not pose a fire hazard.
