With its pros:
The size
No pressure on the ears
Normal Bluetooth operation
Convenient control panel
Good sound
Cons below:
Microphone - hard to hear outdoors / in the wind
Almost no soundproofing
When going from warm to cold (-5 degrees) it crackles a couple of times
