I love how easily you can create groups, assign tasks to them or members of those groupings (e-mails etc) as well have it all displayed in one place for quick reference! It's also easy enough with my limited tech knowledge/skillset - so there is no learning curve at least from me :) The fact they are constantly adding new features helps too!! If i ever need something added then its pretty simple just by looking through their list which has been updated regularly since launch day :). We use this product across our whole business but mainly internally within HR & Payroll departments where we manage employee records such as eMails / phone numbers + contact details plus any other relevant information relating back tot he employees themselves.
