Here are the pros and cons of the Healthex Cervical Neck Roll Pillow. Pros: The size is in the description. Soft bamboo cover. Affordable price. Cons: When I received the pillow I immediately removed the zip cover for washing. Later, when I picked up the pillow from the counter, I noticed powdery dust on the counter. I took the pillow outside to shake and rub. It took about 5 minutes to get rid of this powdery dust. I left the pillow outside in the hot sun all day to get rid of the slight smell. I also put it in the air dryer to remove any remaining dust. After all that, I finally felt comfortable with this pillow case. Other reviews mention a cheap zipper on the lid. So far it's holding up, but I need to make sure the zip tab is inserted into the seam and the pull tab is flat. When you lift the zipper tab, there are 2 sharp teeth underneath which can cause scratches. The pillow isn't perfect, but I decided to keep it mainly because of the size and the price. I use a pillow to help me sleep after shoulder surgery.
