My husband bought this for me as a birthday present and we hate him. The shower head isn't great but most people buy it for the tech and the tech is TERRIBLE. Once connected to our WiFi, we expected to be able to use it like any other Alexa speaker. Unfortunately, he could literally NEVER execute even the simplest of commands. After 2 minutes of yelling at my showerhead in frustration, I pull out my phone, open Spotify, and then just switch to speaker. Sometimes it sometimes doesn't work. When it works, it often randomly adjusts the volume and then I unplug the speaker to access the volume buttons, knowing that trying to use voice commands won't work. A complete garbage
