I'm 5'4". I weigh 155 pounds. In jeans I wear a size 11/12-13/14. I ordered these pants a medium size. The size chart said to order a large size, but I have Read reviews saying they run large Reviews are correct Buy one size smaller than recommended in the chart Wednesday is perfect for me Waist is not too big or too small They are perfect They are beautiful and long but doesn't drag the floor. They are very soft and comfortable. Wash before wearing because of paint smell (I always do). These are just basic sweatpants. Nothing sexy and doesn't fit. They don't fit like the ones you are in a teenage clothing store. If you are looking for something simple and very convenient, then this is what you need. Don't forget to downsize.
