Stops working after 3 months

Bought in September, everything worked perfectly. Two days ago (December) it suddenly started to get bad. I plug in my iPhone or iPad and everything is fine for about two minutes, then it stops charging. The message "This device may not be supported" appears. I plugged in my iPad one night and the next morning it was only 20% charged. I will no longer buy from this company.
