Review on Kiyonna Plus Size Cocktail Dress Women's Clothing for Dresses by Michele Turner

I've looked at the previous reviews and thought this was exactly what I was looking for as a wedding dress. The color was beautiful and true to the photo. The fit was perfect and the length was good; However, the center part around the waist accentuated my stomach rather than covering it, and met just above my butt on the back, further emphasizing that. The length hung more in front without constant adjustment. Although the lace has a beautiful pattern, it is not dress lace but very soft and stretchy, like lingerie lace. It looked more like a nightgown than a dress. I have seen previous sleeve length reviews and they are correct. Should be 3/4 the length, don't hit right at the elbow, just in an awkward spot right at the bend. Whilst I am not a "matron" this dress is not for a woman over 40. This is a more youthful style and fits and is more suited to a small or straight figure. It is not suitable for large sizes. The tan lining in the top lace hides the straps of the tan bra really well, so it fits even without a strapless bra. Unfortunately I have to send it back.
