I like that I am able to have access to my case information from anywhere. It has helped me to be more efficient and help my clients with their cases. I can also get my case information up to date and send emails right from the app. It is a little difficult to find information that is not readily available on the app. It does not have a function for the client to be able to pay the fee for their case. It is only able to be paid through the app. I have been able to get a hold of my clients information and get an up to date on their case. I have been able to have them sign a release of information.
