My husband loves the three sixty six shirts and was happy to try the long sleeve version. He wears big and it fits great. The length hits a good point where it can be fueled or left unfilled. The cuffs around the arms are adjusted to keep your hands free. This is their great dry-fit fabric that absorbs moisture like regular pilots but offers more protection in the sun or an extra layer in the wind. The only thing missing is the logo, it must have been an older version as there isn't one.
