This is a great panel mounting option, especially in homes/caravans. Although it was designed for Pioneer NEX units I expect it will work with many other models (not even Pioneer). Includes two mounting tabs that attach to the main unit (these screws are not included) and a sleeve that fits into the dual recess. This sleeve is easy to use as a template for double din panel cutouts. After the sleeve is inserted into the cutout in the panel, small tabs are folded over to secure it. This is very practical as it is suitable for almost any plate thickness. Now simply slide the head unit into the sleeve, secure with 4 screws and snap on the trim ring for a clean install. It is also very easy to remove the device for maintenance. Simple, clean and flexible!
