I like best how there are multiple models for different types of businesses or products you can choose from as well as using your own data to come up with solutions. It's really helpful in terms of getting ideas flowing and brainstorming about what might work for your specific circumstances! One thing I dislike about this program is it doesn't always give clear instructions on how to navigate through the site so if you don't know exactly where to go to get information you sometimes have to ask support questions which gets time consuming. Sometimes it takes awhile before they respond or maybe never at all but when something isn't working right I just delete my saved model and try another one instead of waiting for them to help me fix things. This has helped me come up with new ways to market our small local farm (which we do not currently sell online) and also helped us learn more about selling locally and how to better promote the services we offer through our website.
