Best bang for my buck!

I was a semi-professional musician and also a semi-professional sound engineer. I'm often the one providing sound and light for small to medium sized events. This BT speaker is amazing for what it is. I bought mine for $149, reduced from $249, I would have spent $249 on it because I could get something even better for another $100. What I like about it is that it had a mounting hole at the bottom so the unit could be used with a foldable speaker stand. Last weekend I equipped a small part (everyone wore masks). The speaker performed surprisingly well. I would probably never plug it into an outlet and just let it drain. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the sound of this thing! I like that it has USB. I used it to send out a small laser beam that pulsed to the beat of the music. The app for this has gotten a bad rap from many reviewers, but a really great thing about the app is that it has a 5-band equalizer. on it, which I found very useful for someone with my audio experience. However, when I adjust the equalizer while a song is playing, the audio cuts out for a moment each time I adjust the equalizer, making it difficult to hear changes in the settings. But I'm still impressed that the app can do that. I wish all BT speakers had the ability to adjust the envelope. On the front of the device is a very useful Mega Bass button. Bass Response: Bass is "punchy" but not "throbbing". (A good subwoofer pulses, meaning you can feel the bass.) But this thing will beat pretty much anything in its price range. Jack for external microphone. You can connect an external microphone and there is an independent volume control for the microphone. There is also a reverb button. I haven't tested it, but I'm sure I'll use it. I play electric guitar and one of the things I will be using the mic jack for is connecting my guitar to this unit to play along with the backing tracks that BT is sending from my phone.
