Review on HIGHLAND TACTICAL HL BP 23 BK Rumble by Elizabeth Thornton

My rating is 2 times higher. First the product, then the bad customer service from Highland Tactical (HT). I purchased this TJ Maxx Rumble backpack for the start of the school year in August 2017. My high school son used it every other day for 6 months. In January 2018, the bottom of the backpack simply tore at the seams. Keep in mind my son weighs no more than 15-20 pounds with his three ring binder and school books. Obviously a manufacturer error. Good that there is a 2-year guarantee on this backpack, right? So I went to TJMaxx to see if they could return or exchange it but they apologized that you have a warranty issue to deal with with Highland Tactical. Went to HT website, emailed them as per their instructions (this was in March), heard nothing, emailed them again in April, no response. So now I'm stuck with a busted backpack and a fake guarantee promise. I would give them zero if I could.
