Overall we are happy with this purchase and have received many compliments on Alexander Hamilton's Halloween costume for my son. The main component is the jacket-waistcoat combination. This is a piece made like a cardigan that looks like two pieces. The fabric stretched a bit but was thicker than most suits. The colors were vibrant. The buttons on the jacket are printed and the buttons on the vest are functional. The skirt tails had a contrasting red undercoat which made the whole outfit look better. My son is size 10/12 and size XL fits well. The rest of the components are fine. The overshoes looked great with the black moccasins we paired them with. The scarf was a little tight, but looked okay. We have completely dispensed with the belt. This made all the clothes look worse.
