WOW! Must buy. - Playsets and Playground Equipment

These Things WORK! Very easy to use, as you can guide the wires through the front before assembling, so you can precisely check the order of the wires. You get better with them every time. Be sure to bend the outer bottom 90 degrees before inserting the cable, then slide the conductors through the front and when they're in the correct order, go ahead, lift the sheath and push alternately onto the socket and pull on the conductors that went through. Front. Once the end of the sheath is where it should be, twist the ends of the loose conductors together so the entire assembly doesn't slide down the cable when connected. Once complete, fold the external grounding tab back up and then wrap the grounding wire around one of your fingers and crimp with your hand first. You can use a special crimping tool to finish it or pliers if you are very careful not to pinch it. Don't forget to reset the plastic bracket to 45 degrees, as the finishing tool will push it down a bit, which will loosen the connection to whatever you're connecting it to. YOU MUST use Platinum Tools EZRJ45 Termination Tools with these connectors. . I used the HD PRO tool, which I like a lot. Plugs and tools are expensive but worth it if you value your time and wits. I haven't had a single bad ending in building a large network. There is a website that shows how to use these connectors and it is very well done. Just look up Tech Tool Supply in Michigan and they have some great guides.
