Not for me. in oral care

They are similar to the ones the orthodontist sent me home with. But I have found that with them I clench my jaw more than usual than with the ones I get in orthodontics. They are definitely stronger and a bit thicker. It may work for some, but not for me. A good product. Does what it's supposed to do at the end of the day.
