Good resistant bands

I was very excited to order these, so I can do at home workouts. It comes with a little bag for storage and small booklet that shows you different workouts if you don’t know how to start with them. They have three different strength level. They do have a good amount of stretch and weight resistant. I tried basic exercises with them. I use for legs and arm work outs. The only problem one loop with light resistance roll up a little and don't stay in the position you place it.

Use at home at work. I love these bands.
