Okay shirt but larger than expected

I was hoping this would be a flattering top, but ordering by the sizing chart I bought a larger size because I am busty. That larger size was way too loose and made me look frumpy. Will have to gift it or donate this item since I already washed it.The fabric overall was nice, color was good, stretch was good and think it would have worked if I had order maybe 2 sizes smaller.
