I bought a Philips 5604 Android TV in October 2020. After 3 months, the TV turned into garbage. It seemed sooooo slow, wouldn't turn on and off, it got stuck. I was so angry. Philips customer service was not helpful at all. I literally had a new TV in my Revain van and then I came across this remote. It made a lot more sense to try the $13 remote before I wrecked my brand new TV. Delivery was quick. I put the batteries in and boom, it worked great! I'M SO HAPPY! Now the TV works better than ever. Wonderful!
