Review on SmartGuard Elite Night Dentists Choice by Tiffany Ward

This is my second pair, I'm only ordering because I lost my first one which was still durable after almost 3 years of use. In fact, I threw away the second guard as the one I molded worked so well. If I hadn't I would now have an extra protection instead of ordering more. Ha. Lesson learned. It takes a little getting used to and the teeth move a bit, but I'd rather have my teeth move than crack from my incessant grinding. I have had at least 7 broken teeth capped and still have small cracks in other areas just waiting to be removed. Mouthguards from my dentist last a few months, cost $200, and aren't insured. other mouthguards wear out or are a full mouth which I find rough and uncomfortable. This keeps the teeth apart by carefully inserting the guard at the front. It took two tries to get the fit right as I shaped it when I received it. It works out. they are super hard. easy to clean with a toothbrush except for a small hole in the front. I have no idea why they put it there. I read the low star reviews and found out that they used both guards at the same time, this is for the top teeth only. the second is a replacement.
